Singapore has the money and the rails, and almost nowhere legal to point them. The whole area was consolidated in 2022: the Gambling Control Act took effect on 1 August, replacing the Betting Act, the Common Gaming Houses Act and the Remote Gambling Act with one framework, and the old Casino Regulatory Authority was reconstituted as the Gambling Regulatory Authority to supervise all of it rather than casinos alone.
Informational only, no operator is featured in this market.
Remote betting offered by anyone other than the licensed exempt operator is unlawful, and in practice that operator is Singapore Pools, which holds a single-operator licence covering lotteries, sports betting and horse racing. Penalties are tiered, heaviest on operators, but they reach punters too. No operator is featured for Singapore.
